PACKARD DRIVE

Completely Remodeled+All New Interior Design

Even as tight budget as this was, it doesn’t mean you can’t make it look great while improving livability. All new roof, siding, windows, doors, plumbing, electrical, septic. driveway and front walk. In the kitchen, I removed the water heater (replaced it with a tankless), enclosed a side door to gain wall space to maximize the number of cabinets. Also create a much improved work flow. Utilized butcher block counter tops as a good choice budget wise, but still did stainless undermount sink. Finished the kitchen with a cool back splash for some added pizazz. Enlarged the living room to dining opening. The bathroom needed more space, so I moved HVAC air handler to the attic. Making it possible to have a 60” two sink vanity. Finally tiled the bath surround to the ceiling. Lastly built a new deck with access through French doors in the dining room.
